February is all about Tending Your Inner Garden.

During January we spent time building our Foundation by healing what needed healing, releasing and clearing away what needed to be let go off both energetically and physically and then firming the new foundation. February asks us to tend our inner garden and by doing this we are keeping the energy flow going from our foundation building.

To tend our garden we need to once again get out our tools, get the shovel, the rake, the weeder and turn the soil, rake the leaves and weed those weeds. It's all metaphysical. We are fertilizing our dreams, goals or anything you want, for that matter. Mother Earth provides us the soil and loving energy in which to plant our seeds. She nourishes them with her loving energy, just as you nourish yourself with an open heart space.

Just as the rain waters your seeds, the water you drink replemishes you. Just as you feed your plants with pellets of fertilizer, so do you feed your body with healthy produce, and as the sunshine warms the soil creating growth in your plants the sun warms your body to grow and enhance your life.

When we plant or plan new goals/dreams/anything, we need to take time to be present in the moment to tend our garden, to tend our life one moment at a time.

Gently close your eyes and imagine your dream garden. See the plants flourishing and between those plants see the sparkles of your energy and the energy of your life's dreams coming to fruition. Take a breath and release breath. Feel your dream gardens energy thriving. Feel your energy thriving.

You are meant to grow and thrive.

You are energy and when that energy becomes stuck or stagnant then dis-ease may grow and deplete you.

So, my friends, grab your garden tools, your seeds or seedlings and lets plant and nurture our garden along with ourselves.
