Hello Spring!
Spring — A Time to Awaken 🌱
Â
Gosh, life has been a roller coaster throughout August, and I think I might just be able to catch my breath!!
Â
Now we are walking in the season of Spring, and I can really feel a shift in the energy around us.
Â
Spring brings with it an energy that feels bright, new and strong. There’s a real pull to get things moving, to sort, re-evaluate and organise those things we may have been putting off.
Â
But perhaps Spring isn't only about spring cleaning our homes. Maybe it’s also an opportunity to take a deeper look at ourselves.
Â
What are you ready to awaken within you?
Â
For me, this season feels like it’s about newness and completion. It’s a time to look at what I have achieved, what I have overcome and what I may now be ready to let go of.
Â
I feel this year has been pretty rough. I can only speak for myself, but when I look back, I can also see the new things I’ve discovered about myself and the things I’ve been able to overcome and achieve.
Â
And perhaps you can see that in your own life too.
Â
Sometimes we don't realise how much we have grown until we stop and look back.
Â
Spring reminds us that new growth doesn't always happen quickly. Just as a seed grows quietly beneath the soil before we see it bloom, there can be so much happening within us that others may not see.
Â
As we move towards the warmth of Summer and eventually the end of another year, perhaps this is our opportunity to pause and ask ourselves:
Â
What am I ready to complete?
Â
What am I ready to let go of?
Â
What am I ready to begin?
Â
And perhaps most importantly...
Â
What is my intuition telling me?
Â
We don't always have to know exactly where we are going. Sometimes we simply need to listen to that little feeling inside that tells us it’s time to move, change, grow or begin again.
Â
For me, Spring is a reminder that we don't have to become someone different.
Â
It can simply be about Coming Home To Yourself.
Â
Taking the time to listen to yourself, honour where you have been, acknowledge what you have overcome and make space for what is ready to come next.
Â
So as Spring begins to unfold around us, I invite you to take a moment to notice what is unfolding within you.
Â
What are you ready to embrace?
Â
What are you ready to complete?
Â
And what new beginnings might be waiting for you?
Â
You never know what beautiful things may be waiting just beneath the surface.
Â
Meg
