January 2025 is about Foundation.

As we start the new year we come into the energy of Foundation a space to plant our roots, our desires.

In December we had the energy of completion, taking time to complete tasks and tie up loose ends to clear the way into 2025. And believe me this was no easy task, as I'm still moving through the motions of decluttering as we start the new year, but I'm happy to say I did make vast improvements in the house along with myself, so January is digging deep as I build my own spiritual and mindful foundation.

When I step into the January energy, and feel the intuitive pull of the word Foundation the message I receive is:- To go all out!

Just as you would build a foundation for a house or project, you are building a foundation for yourself, your needs, desires and purpose. You are stepping into and embracing your energy, your own inner guidance to build the life you want, need and desire, one step at a time.

This year is about being Proud, Truthful, and Honest with yourself. No more hiding. It's time to heal and grow, to feel that clarity within your body, mind and soul, to combine all 3 to become the beautiful person that you are, and are meant to be.

Yes life can be challenging and yes we can get lost in the unknown of it all, and yes anxiety can overwhelm. You and only you know when the time is right to seek help to support and guide you because only you can love you in the most deepest way.

Find your tool belt and strap it on, because you will need all the tools you have to stand tall and start building an amazing strong foundation.

• Dig deep in the dirt of emotions.

• Level and clear the rocks of fear.

• Tap away at the earth to soothe your nerves.

• Organise the cement mixer to pour your new foundation.

• Then throw in your crystals and flowers to make the floor bright.

• Write your name in the cement, so you can own the hard work you are doing.

• Let the foundation sit and become firm, just as you become stronger.

Now stand in the center of your new foundation, amongst the crystals and flowers and see with clarity all that you have achieved. Close your eyes and feel the energy beneath your feet and around you. See the dream that you are building.

This is your foundation, your healing space, your dream.

Let this strong foundation, be full of love, as you nuture you, and move forward on your journey to enlightenment.
