November: A Time for Healing

You’ve spent September and October sorting, clearing, and getting things in order.

Now, November invites you to turn inward — to focus on yourself and your self-healing.

Self-healing looks different for everyone. It can mean nurturing the physical body, or it can mean working with your energetic self — tending to your energy flow and vibration.

For me, I’m working on both my physical and energetic bodies. I’m supporting my physical health by focusing on more nutrient-rich foods, learning about menopause, working with an herbalist, and incorporating strength training. For my energetic body, I’m being more mindful of how I feel in each moment, meditating regularly, and doing inner healing work.

It begins with acknowledging all the things I don’t do first — and then taking steps toward the things I need to do. That, for me, will be the real challenge.

Lately, the right side of my body has been screaming to be worked on, while the left side feels deeply tired.

The right side of the body represents the masculine:

logic, action, strength, straightforwardness, honesty.

The left side represents the feminine:

emotion, intuition, receptivity, and principles.

Through researching the metaphysical meanings, here’s what resonated most with me:

  • Right side body pain holds deep spiritual meaning — often pointing to imbalances in our masculine energy, challenges with personal power, and struggles in expressing strength or taking action. The pain signals a need for movement in our lives. The Universe often uses this discomfort to guide us toward balance and aligned action.

  • Left side body pain can be a sign of unresolved emotional issues, stress, or a call for introspection and self-care. It may reflect struggles with receiving or expressing femininity, resistance to accepting one’s own creative power, or blockages around abundance and life force energy.

These insights have really stood out to me. So now, it’s time to take my own advice — to listen deeply to my intuition and my body. I’m learning more about peri/menopause (which has been wreaking havoc these last few years — ignoring it hasn’t helped!), and I’m carving out time for stillness and gentle meditation.

I’m also continuing to declutter, clear, and create a new flow within my home. This process is helping me find balance and comfort as the months pass.

So, be brave, and honour yourself for all the hard work you’re doing to bring balance and vitality to both your inner world and your home. It will all be worth it as we move toward December — a month my intuition tells me will be full of celebration!

Take care of yourself, and as always, only take what resonates for you from this message.I’m here to offer a supportive hand whenever you need it.

With love and light,

Meg
